“A complete package-deal”

“It is really excellently placed for all of central Amsterdam, spotlessly clean, a very helpful owner who even made a reservation for us for a very good restaurant that serves meals until late. He also provided a large bowl of fruit, drinks in the fridge and a Nespresso machine and microwave. In fact the studio apartment is perfect and could not be more comfortable.”

ABOUT US

DSC02414

Blue Tulip Amsterdam offers a spacious and elegant studio in a great location. Our b&b is located on the outskirts of the historic canal district, opposite the Rijksmuseum and the adjacent Van Gogh Museum.
The entertainment quarter Leidseplein , with its many bars and restaurants, and the Heineken Experience are within walking distance, as are most of the other major attractions of Amsterdam. The comfortable furnishings and facilities make the studio fit for a short visit as for a longer stay. We can help you with tips and information to make your Amsterdam unforgettable.

Why blue? Blue is a special color, but a difficult color. Blue refers to the Dutch skys and to the blue of the Dutch painters Vermeer, Rembrandt. Blue tulips are rare. In fact, most ‘blue’ varieties are more purple than blue. And that’s the point. We hope that customers find our studio to be as distinctive and unique as that hard-to-find blue tulip.
